What makes The No1 Plug different from Amazon or random online sellers?

We actually know vaping. If something goes wrong, you can speak to real people who understand devices, pods, coils, and nicotine strengths. Amazon can’t tell you why your pod’s leaking or what strength you should be using. We’re UK-based, focused on vaping only, and here to help before and after you buy.

What age verification do you require?

It’s UK law, you must be 18 or over to buy vape products. Online orders are subject to automatic age verification. Most people pass instantly, but sometimes an ID is needed for a manual check. Orders can’t be sent until verification is complete, so it’s best to finish that step when prompted.

How fast is delivery really?

Pretty quick. Orders placed on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day if placed in time. Most UK orders arrive the next day, although delays can happen once it’s with the courier. Weekends dispatch too, just with earlier cut-offs. If there’s ever an issue, you won’t be left guessing. Support will keep you updated.

Are disposable alternatives actually any good?

Yeah, most of them are solid. Prefilled pod kits and high-puff devices last longer, cost less over time, and feel very similar to disposables. Many even show liquid or battery levels, which disposables never did. Once people switch, most don’t go back.

Do you actually price match?

If you find the same genuine product cheaper at a proper UK vape store, let us know and we’ll do our best to match it. It needs to be the exact same item, in stock, and from a legit retailer, not dodgy listings or marketplace sellers.

I’m new to vaping, what should I actually buy?

Keep it simple. Most beginners do best with a prefilled vape or an easy Refillable pod kit and nicotine salts. If you smoke lightly, start with a lower strength; heavier smokers usually need something stronger. You don’t need anything fancy to begin with. Once you’re comfortable, you can always upgrade later.

Do you accept returns, and what about warranties?

Unopened items can be returned within the standard return window. If something is genuinely faulty, we’ll help sort it out under the manufacturer’s warranty or arrange a replacement. Coils and pods aren’t covered as they’re consumables, but if something’s not right, it’s always worth contacting support first.
