Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will usually be processed on the same day (unless it is drop shipped in which case it will be the next working day).

Orders placed after 11am will be processed on the next working day (unless it is drop shipped in which case it will be the second working day).

Any order made on Friday after 11am will not be dispatched until the next working day (usually Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday).

No orders are dispatched on weekends however you may receive a dispatch notification once the postage label has been generated.

RETAIL FREE DELIVERY: 3-5 DAYS

Free delivery on orders above £30.

STANDARD: 3-5 DAYS

All orders under £30 will be charged £2.99 for shipping.

WHOLESALE STANDARD DELIVERY : 3-5 DAYS

A charge of £4.99 applies to all box deals, there is no free shipping available on the wholesale section.

The courier that we use is Royal Mail, they will update the tracking number once they attempt delivery.
