Returns Policy


Faulty Items:

• If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days via WhatsApp on 07704 795013.
• We’ll send you a DPD returns QR code via email for the return.
• Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 working days for testing.
• If a fault is verified, we will issue a replacement, credit, or refund.
• If no fault is found or the issue is due to user error, a replacement or refund will not be issued. You will then have 14 days to collect your item, or we will dispose of it.

Unwanted Items:

• If the item is not faulty, you may still return it at your own cost.
• We do not provide a return label for unwanted items.

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for lost returns, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service and ensuring correct postage is paid.
• Please package items securely to prevent damage during return transit.
