Returns Policy
* If you believe that your item is faulty, you must let us know within 14 days via the WhatsApp number (07704795013)
* You then have a further 14 days to return the item to the return address written below.
* Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched, or credit or refund issued.
* Should we discover that there is not a fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 14 days to either collect the item or we will dispose of it.
* The No1 Plug will reimburse any shipping costs if the item is found to be faulty up to the value of the payment made for shipping on the original order.
* The No1 Plug is not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Therefore, we suggest sending returns via a tracking service and ensuring the correct amount for postage is paid.
* WHOLESALE: we do not provide replacements for single items in a wholesale box of 10

Please include a copy of your purchase receipt and details of the return. If you do not have your purchase receipt, please include the following details on a note inside your package: Name, Address, Mobile Number, Order Number, Reason for the return.

Key Information
MIXED BOXES:
In the wholesale category, some products will have a mixed box option on the flavour list. Mixed boxes are a random selection. If you would like specific flavours in your mixed box then you must state this in the notes of your order. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the flavours that you ask for as this is dependent on stock.
Nevertheless, if you add a note to your order with your preferences then we will try to meet your selection. Please also state any flavours that you really do not want. We will try our best to cater to your preferences however it must be reiterated that there is no guarantee.
STOCK:
We operate a drop-shipping service on some products therefore we cannot guarantee that stock levels are accurate. If there are any items in your order that are out of stock, we will contact you via WhatsApp chat and give you a choice of a refund or an alternative.
VAPE HARDWARE:
Please note that with the Vape Hardware category, we cannot guarantee that a particular colour will be available. We will try our best to source the colour of your preference however if it is not available, we will replace it with a different colour.
The No1 Plug will not contact you if a certain colour is out of stock and will instead send an alternative colour. If you would only like a particular colour, please state this in the notes of your order and we will contact you if the colour is out of stock.
