SPECIFICATIONS

Order Processing Times:

• Orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day, unless the item is drop shipped, in which case dispatch will be the next working day.
• Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next working day, or the second working day if it is drop shipped.
• Orders placed on Fridays after 11am will not be dispatched until the next working day (typically Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday).
• No orders are dispatched on weekends, but you may still receive a dispatch notification once the postage label has been created.

Delivery Options:

STANDARD FREE DELIVERY – 2–3 Working Days
• Free on all orders over £40.

STANDARD DELIVERY – 2–3 Working Days
• £2.99 for orders under £40.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY – £4.99
• Order before 11am for next working day delivery.
• Subject to stock availability – if stock is not on-site, your order will ship the following working day.

• We use DPD Local. You will receive tracking updates once your parcel is scanned into their system.
