What age verification do you require?

It’s UK law, you must be 18 or over to buy vape products. Online orders are subject to automatic age verification. Most people pass instantly, but sometimes an ID is needed for a manual check. Orders can’t be sent until verification is complete, so it’s best to finish that step when prompted.

How fast is delivery really?

Pretty quick. Orders placed on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day if placed in time. Most UK orders arrive the next day, although delays can happen once it’s with the courier.
